the dress!
A while ago I picked up some awesome brand new vintage old stock pillowcases. Definitely never used. Then, many months later, I decided to make a 60s style dress based on a longer vintage piece I own. The pillowcases were the perfect print. Making the pattern and working around the finite size and shape of the cases meant it was pretty much a one shot deal, but it all somehow worked out. hurrah!
